Formative Assessment

We had our formative on today. it was helpful as it shows our strength and weaknesses as a team. i know i haven't been playing a good role for the team. a lot needs to improve. we also discussed about our team communications and other stuff. notice that the team aint been pulling together as a team. it was more of like a individual project rather than a team project to be honest. but i hope things work out well from now. i just really need to stop being lazy and stop leaving things to last minute. this i a problem and it has become one of my bad habits =(

as a team player i will need to be more self motivated, as my team members are relying on me. our overall grades are al down to us. as a team. in the formative meeting. it occured that we had problems that we don't reveal or discuss about to each other as a team. until we had the meeting we all brought out our problems. well, at least no we know and we have made an agreement to resolve these problems. overall, the formative have outlined our srengths and weaknesses.
